  I have had this app for years now, this is a must download for me. It has tons of content. It has a binaural beats section, a meditation music section, guided meditations section, and even a bonus section filled with excellent content. All the content can be streamed in the background so you can close the app, close your phone and enjoy. It's more than worth the minor price tag. I highly recommend this app.

  Would be five star if able to download and listen off line. It frezes up every know and again but so far the best one I have tried so far Won't load says internet error nothing wrong with my connection
