Description of Dorca-3 IoT Demo

We support
1. RSA 2048, ECC, ECDHE, ECIES 256 for key exchange: FIPS 186-3, 186-4
2. AES 256 for data high-speed encryption: FIPS 140-2
3. SHA 256 for key authentication: FIPS 180
4. TRNG 128bit for hacking protection: NIST SP 800-90B
5. And HW_ID unique to security system, PUF 128 bit: automatic generation based on chip internal TRNG
DORCA-3 implemented all of the above functions in 4x4 mm, 24p QFN.
The symmetric key cipher speed of 12Mbps is realized by SPI and the operation current of only 3.5mA and the single voltage of 3.3V are needed for the asynchronous key exchange such as ECC. This operating current is controllable by the GPIO, so when not in use, the GPIO port can be left in the Hi Impedance state to completely disconnect the DORCA-3 from the power system.
To control devices like a door lock with a mobile phone, there are more factors to think about when making it IoT and connecting it wirelessly. All of these factors of IoT edge devices, such as active / sleep current, size, key exchange, and wireless communication types, are simply solved through Neowine's DORCA-3.
