Clock Maker - is a program-widget, which can be configured as you have in mind!
You can locate widget elements (hours, minutes, date, weather, battery charge level) in any place within widget relatively to desktop wallpapers.
You can place unlimited number of elements upon widget which can overlap each other creating 3D-effect, shadows and so on. It's all limited only by your imagination!

  Great idea and app. Nice job. Purchased because it worked well. One problem is the pesky 0 before every hour number. Also some jap symbole replaced the cloud icon.

  This is the only clock app that I have found that hasn't frozen. I would like to include date with it, but do not like the format, would like to see: Month(short/long) Day or Month (#) Day

  Very nice app with a lot of features. It would be nice if there was an option to switch the date format to MM-DD-YYYY for us silly Americans who use that format, knocked one star because of that.

  Disappointed after buying this app. Can't save widget setting. After upgrading launcher, widgets're gone, I have to set up again.
