Sound Storm (previously LiSN & Learn) was designed to train children who are experiencing listening difficulties in the classroom, due to spatial processing disorder (SPD), to suppress background noise and attend to target acoustic stimuli.
Sound Storm auditory training software produces a three-dimensional auditory environment under headphones on the user's tablet.
The software consists of a space fantasy narrative that runs through 10 levels over 9 different galactic worlds which the user works through.

My son was diagnosed with a auditory processing disorder and the audiologist recommended Sound Storm. The program is a little tedious to complete and I'm glad the recommendation was to sit with your child as he needed encouragement to stick with it. The results were conclusive as his repeat test showed a huge improvement in his scores and his teacher has found him to be able to concentrate on her voice in a busy classroom

Needs work, I can barely hear anything after the first round. Not worth the money, this app needs an update if it will ever get one?

This app was recommended by a professional to help our daughter with her Auditory Processing disorder. After purchasing, we discovered because of other medical issues she was unable to use it. Consequently we tried several avenues to get a refund, but hit a brick wall everywhere we turned! Developers say it's not possible for them to issue refunds, and pointed us to Google. Google only have robots which you can't reason with & lack empathy. Another financial burden for us, very disappointed!
