It requires no special permissions which is interesting how it will make things faster does it clear cache, pause other apps, overclock the cpu, reserve more memory? I am wodering if this app since it was made free on 1 April was not just an April fools prank by a software company.   Suspect. Lets consider the name Ultimate Game booster, meaning its the best, but requires no permissions? How can it be better than one that increases clock frequency or ram latency? Also the reviews tend to have same 'it fixed all my lags' .

  I don't think it works at all. What makes me more suspicious is when it does not ask for permissions, but the dev said it doeasant need theme, I mabe be wrong.. So I installed again and it told me it was closing apps, nothing got closed at all, not one app closed so, don't ping me again dev, when your app is clearly not working or fake..
