- Adds quality control and efficiency for new scripts through workflow. Midlevel providers review and approve. 2nd staff enters script into the EHR. Third, physicians is presented with summary information to make final judgement before using EHR to eScribe.
- Provides a workflow process to improve the quality and accuracy of Scripts that are ePrescribed.
The workflow process supports both New Scripts and Refill Scripts.
- For Refill Scripts, it presents a comprehensive set of indicators to the clinician, providing confidence to Approve, Hold or Reject a script refill request.
