  Great App! Make sure to download the correct version of the App for your product. You can find this on the link screen of your photo frame or view the images in the App store for compatible model numbers. The frame and App will not link together unless you are using the correct App.

  Used to work, now crashes if I try to open an album. It was always a little awkward but it used to basically work. Now I can't send any pictures to my parents :(

  Cannot transfer photos from Google photos, even when viewing the wanted photos on the same device. So I plugged it into a computer and tried saving the photos to the downloads folder on the phone (which the app lists photos from) yet somehow they STILL didn't show up, even after reinstalling the app. This is standard stuff any app developer should be able to do right.

  When I try to add photos from albums, the app closes. Tried reinstalling and same thing happens. Defeats the whole purpose of purchasing this expensive frame.

  Desperately needs additional album features to manage adding photos, otherwise a great app and pairs well with the Polaroid frames found at Target.
