ESL Learning Podcast is an app based on free education content from ESLPod website (
http://www.eslpod.com
).
The app is simple but very useful. It combines RSS/text reader, audio player and translator/dictionary (ColorDict or compatible is required). And you can use it without internet connection, absolutely offline (after downloading recording content).
