This random number generator uses the latest comments submitted to Reddit as the seed for each number. A unique seed will be used for each number. The Idea behind this generator is to generate random numbers based on the "free will" of people.
Reddit is a great entropy source as it is actually quite random and has unpredictable content. Unpredictability is an important security property. HOWEVER Do not use this for sensitive cryptographic operations.
