MTN Device Insurance is an Altruist product which helps smartphone mobile users to secure their device against Accidental & Liquid Damage(Service available for MTN Ghana Mobile susbcribers only).
• All smartphones are covered irrespective of their purchanse date and if the device model is covered under the list which is approved by MTN Ghana.
• Maximum two claims per device are allowed subject to terms and conditons of the service.
• Device will insured for a period of 12 months, including a 15 days cooling period from the date of registration for the service during which the customer can't raise the claim..
