  Its been a constant struggle for me as a shopper. I've done EVERYTHING to get it to work but its the same..ive message insacart MULTIPLE times through the app n I get the same automated replies. The app crashes when Im using it , the camera doesn't work, orders that are no longer available won't leave my dashboard, I have to force close the app after I finish an order so it will put in the correct zone. & now I dnt get ANY orders in the zone i live....I have to drive 30-40 mins to get any batch

  It's a great way to make extra money BUT this app is incredibly buggy to work with. Constantly freezing up, restarting, checking issues. Often it freezes up WHILE trying to complete a delivery and completely restarts. Which is not only frustrating for me but the customer as well. It's costing them time too and gives a bad instacart experience to your customers, which I doubt you want. I'd really think with the money you are making off this you'd be able to put within your budget a better app.

  Job overall is great...and haven't had issues with the app until today which is why I gave the app a high rating ...only issue I have is the lack of support you get from the chat assistance..I would give that a 0-1 rating because they are very uninformative...just tells you whatever... ended up doing research and resolving issue on my own..wasted a lot of unnecessary time dealing with them when I could have been working instead of dealing with very poor customer service/ app support

  The app is constantly crashing due to network errors, and now the second or third receipt won't upload. A green circle just cycles until you've taken 20 photos of the receipt to upload. I've been doing this for over a year and the app is getting worse and worse when it comes to productivity.

  I was a shopper for Instacart. At first, it worked well. The last 2 weeks, the GPS has been taking me to the wrong house for delivery. I use the GPS Instacart has in the app. Now my account has been deactivated through no fault of my own pending review. The 3rd response email I received from them says a high volume of complaints from other shoppers is delaying my appeal.

  I have to update my review. The app just seems to be getting worse. There are constant updates seemingly for no reason and I can't get any orders at all when an update is needed. Currently, an update is needed but is not downloading for some reason. Along with this, the app resets itself everytime I close it, even when working on a batch, making me click through all the pages constantly. Sometimes I have to click on the batches button a bunch of times to see the list. There is more but no space.
