  Terrible Glitch. This app asks for upgrade even after you paid for it. Won't let you use it. No response from customer service.

  Completely broken since 1/31/24 update. I've used this app daily for years and I generally love it, but since the 1/31 update there's a persistent message that an upgrade is needed tho it's already installed. No results with close or force stop so for now the app is completely useless. Update 2/5/24: Problem persisting so un-installed/re-installed. Upgrade message still there and app unusable. No reply from developer to problem report.

  Completely broken since 1/31/24 update. I've used this app daily for years and I generally love it, but since the 1/31 update there's a persistent message that an upgrade is needed. It's already been installed, and clicking on the "upgrade" button only goes to Play Store, where the accomplished upgrade can be clearly seen. Then clicking on "Open" goes back to the player with the message - a loop. Closing app and force stop have not fixed it so for now the app is completely useless.

  Just because I gave it a four star that doesn't mean there's something better. Very intuitive I've used this since day one. The missing star is for the fact that when you want to freeze a videos frame it needs to freeze at that place and not to jump after a second or so, and the other reason I wish there was an option to purchase additional codecs. The price of that video player itself is definitely worth the price and some.
