    The app loses you all the time, you get to a restaurant after driven 5 to 10 miles and the app won't let you mark as arrived to pick up the meal and it resigns the order to someone else and you're left with nothing after having driven for miles, wasted your gas and time. This app needs a lot of tech work.

    The app malfunctions and doesn't let you know that you don't have an internet signal that customer service claims fades in and out every couple minutes so you sitting down for hours waiting for runs and wonder why you're not getting any runs

    Toggles you unavailable at any given time and it won't refresh the screen when it does. So you're there waiting a long time looking at a screen that says "available" to take orders. I waste hours a week because of this issue. I also have never been able to get the "Guarantees" it will log you off before you get it.. Stop punishing your drivers for not being able to accept offers while driving to drop off the 1st order, so many close calls due to this dangerous feature. Easy points to fix!

    The printing is light and should be bolder and easier to read for drivers...it requires drivers to take their eyes off the road too long. Should also be easier to toggle thru the app to the different pages...again now it requires drivers to take their eyes off to road too long.

    Can't get a password, can't set a password, support is impossible to reach because you have to log in (which can not be done because my emails are not being sent so I can set my password) Spent over a month waiting and doing the application now can't get a password to start working, and support doesn't exist.

    Sweet platform! Great app! Currently in-flux with a few minor glitches, yet mostly good changes and appearance improvements❤🤑❤I've always appreciated the ease of use, toggle options, real-time (rather than time-delayed competitors') photo-text communication with customers, particularly during these tough times/no-contact scenarios
