Golden Life Insurance Limited (GLIL) was incorporated as a Public Limited company (PLC) on 26th December 1999 and its business operation started in the same year. Its Head Office is located at Ambon complex (3rd Floor) 99 , Mohakhali, C/A Dhaka-1212. GLIL has Zonal Offices at Dhaka, Comilla, Chittagong, Khulna and Barisal. The Company has 250 branch offices in different places in Bangladesh.
The Board of Director has seven members, who are well known business personalities of the Country. It has 621 regular employee and 8,500 business development officials throughout the Country. It is operating business in individual life, group life, Islamic life and micro life insurance policies.
