The Allen County Drug and Alcohol Consortium, Inc. is a resource in Allen County whose purpose is to provide an effective network to collaboratively prevent substance abuse, primarily by youth, and to reduce the negative impact of alcohol and other drugs in the Allen County community. [We do that by distributing funds & resources related to Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drug (ATOD) prevention, evaluating ATOD programs and their effectiveness in our region, providing information for effective ATOD programs and legislation related to those issues, and building our coalition of 130 member organizations that establishes and facilitates shared ATOD priorities in Allen County and the region.
