1. Database creation of (customers)borrowers/ creditors by excel upload.
2. Facility of saving 2 locations for each customer to make navigation to the customer easy in future.
3. Click on mobile number & call facility.
4. Saving facility of phone contact, personal contact & comments.
5. Report generation in PDF for all personal contacts, phone contacts, comments made.
6. Photo saving facility of customer & his/her shop etc.
7. Users may create account history for the borrower's account by uploading account balance & classification on different dates.
Banks & Finance Companies may have better communication & follow up with their borrowers. The employees/ officers of these institution will be able to transfer their knowledge regarding the borrowers to the new comer employees/ officers. Contacting borrowers/ customers in rural area will be very much easier.
