Description of Breathe Light - Sleep Assist

Breathe Light allows you to focus your attention outside of your body, slowing your breathing to a rhythm that naturally facilitates sleep.
By focusing OUTSIDE of your body, you are able to enter a meditative state easier, with less possibility of your mind wandering and losing focus on your breathing.
Simply select your preferred settings for duration, starting breaths/minute (BPM), goal breaths/minute, and light colour, and match your breathing to the pulsing light. Breathe in as the light gets brighter, and out as it dims.
The pulsing light will adjust over the first 5 minutes from your starting BPM to your goal BPM, then continue at your goal BPM for the remainder of the duration.

What's New with Breathe Light - Sleep Assist 1.0.2

- Fixed the share function to include a real link to the app.
- Removed redundant "Rate" page, now uses native rating prompt once app has been used 3 times.
- Fixed animation for users who set Animator Duration Scale to 0, and added a warning when this could not be done.
- No longer return immediately to menu when the pulsing light animation is over, instead show a black screen so that it does not disturb users who's phones wont auto-lock in time.
