The Web Analyzer also has an API connection to VirusTotal, which gives you instant feedback on the websites current security rating.
Viewing HTML code in a structured way makes it easy to analyze and find out if any malicious code is present. You can select different simulated User Agents. As some websites serve malicious code depending on browser, OS, or language settings, this can be handy when investigating the source for virus infections as well as the intended target.
