"Rassam" is the arabic word for "Painter", and from it's name, this app is a painting app that lets you paint, draw, or write on your pictures and images.
This app lets you:
* Draw or paint on pictures taken from the camera directly through the app
* Draw on selected pictures from your gallery or any other app that lets you select pictures like Dropbox and Google Drive
* Search an image from the internet and draw on it
* or just draw freely on an empty canvas
This app also can receive pictures from other apps via the share button.
