Debug (Antibiotic Guide) allows participating hospitals and health care systems to distribute in-house antibiotic guidelines and antibiograms. The formulary allows institutions to exercise a high level of control over internal guidelines. Renal dose adjustment and weight adjustment calculators are also integrated into the application. Sepsis algorithms and daily cost data are displayed alongside the antibiogram graphs. There is a social component that allows an institute to discuss guidelines through discussion threads in the app. This app is a demo of the Debug app and requires no institutional subscription.
