    Great app! May I suggest something that will make it even better: because is time consuming to add all the info before each training or even harder whlie you train, can you make it to copy whole training info from previews days to the current day and then user to change only weights and etc.

    This is a no-frills but very useful app for tracking workouts. I've used a few workout apps previous and they all require too much attention during your actual workout. This is nice and simple and fully customisable. However, there doesn't appear to be a means to save the workouts you've created so that you can upload them to another device. Likewise, no option to export your data...Devs?
