  Tooo bad every time i try to book the line from el fardous to smart village i found no seats and tried to contact the help agent and he told me that this line is specified for a certain company (abo ghazala) only then why it is provided on the app if its not available for booking?!!!!

  The info on Google maps is misleading and doesn't match what the app has to say about upcoming trips. Was super happy to find a station next to my home but now am uninstalling and not trusting the info

  Unprofessional customer service at all more than 1 month to refund my money and every time inform me that I will receive the money within 5 days and now over month with no news and they informed me that they will call me back since 2 weeks and till now no one called me really the last time to deal with such unprofessional company like you .and I need my money now

  Doesn't have any lines in sahel, which is a crucial area. Also, a lot of locations aren't included in the app like Marina 1 and Marabella resort.
