This app has been created to aid the authorized service networks and manufacturer’s technicians which use Telecontrol After Sales Solution in the process of taking and uploading pictures related to a job using their mobile devices.
By using a compatible mobile device and their own access account, the users can simply scan a QRCode, take pictures of documents, products, serial numbers etc., and then upload these images directly, attaching them to a specific Service Order.
