I built this because after upgrading to 4.4.2 any and all hotspot widgets I had tried would not work on my phone anymore. This is just an app that runs an automated action. For this to work you must have USB debugging enabled. It has no widget built in. So to use it as a widget just place the app on your home screen.
Increased the speed of the action for a quicker on and off.
