This app simulates the effects of different shocks such as changes in money supply, GDP, international interest rate, etc. over the exchange rate, prices and domestic interest rates in the short and in the long run. The model is developed assuming an open small economy with perfect capital mobility, short run sticky prices and flexible exchange rate.
