This app is an absolute scam. The in-app switch to "enable" wireless ADB is a fake. The command `adb tcpip 5555` is what actually enables it. These directions are well documented online in the Android developer documentation and other sites, and the online documentation is, quite frankly, of vastly superior quality. Edit: you're a worthless human being. Your directions were terrible, you lie about what your app does (the switch that does nothing), and to answer your first question, yes.
