Description of Wi-Fi Ruler (a WiFi Manager)

A Wi-Fi manager that can do all the regular stuff plus:
* Automatically connect to open access points as you walk by
* Skip "open" access points that are actually paywalls
* You can set connect priorities
* Differentiate between multiple access points all called "linksys" or "dlink", etc
* When connected will automatically check your connection (or say OK to click wall if that rule is set)
* Option to exit with or without Wi-Fi enabled
* Plays nice with access points you already have setup
Note: the option "Make Android Wi-Fi entry for APs we don't connect to" is enabled yet.
Please just ignore that for now.

Does not work with Android 8 and higher. Was looking forward to blocking annoying notifications of "open" network at work - which is actually a user/pass access for guests (it also interferes with my VoIP phone option). Set the network to "closed"in the app but Android still notifies and also blocked the app from forgetting the network again. Shame. Incredible that there's no stock Android blacklist function...

No matter which connection I choose it says it can't be blocked because it's busy. Useless.

Yes this app doesn't work any more on most recent android phones and hasn't been updated in years. Such a shame
