  My watch and phone and app have been working great together up until 10/03/20. Trying to get them all communicating with each other has been a problem. Only way i can get them to communicate is to unpair the watch from my phone and repair. Very frustrating! If and when you fix the issues, i will give more stars. I loved the app before all this.

  The lights on the back of the watch stopped working about 2 weeks after i got the watch and now it will not take my heart rate or blood pressure. One of the main reasons I bought the watch to begin with.

  Doesn't track steps unless actually go into walking screen and hit start, sleep didn't work, all connects to mobile just not as good as my last watch which only cost me 8.95au$, and still goes, NOT HAPPY AT all could have purchased 8 of the earlier watches I had and been happier plus just on 3 maths to arrive

  I got this watch for my birthday and was excited to use it, however it does not connect to my phone. The app acknowledges that the watch is there but it does not connect to it at all. I've seen the same problem with many other people and it's frustrating. Some of us have to work hard for the things we want and so I think it's just right for us to expect them to work as needed.
