Description of WIC Connect

The Michigan WIC Mobile App will give WIC participants the opportunity to view
upcoming appointments, view food benefits that have been issued to them in the clinic,
scan UPCs while shopping at the store to see if the UPC is a WIC Approved item or not,
and provide information on locations of WIC Stores and WIC Clinics across the State of
Michigan and also Update your contact information with WIC.
The goal of the Michigan WIC Mobile App is to give participants all the information they
need at their fingertips to make their shopping experience fun and easy

  This app is useless and a waste of time. I tried using the scan part when shopping and it never scanned anything. Now I'm logged out and I've used the correct info time and again and I'm always getting my account locked out for lack of "correct info". I've already deleted the app and will stick to calling and writing down the info I need.

  This app was okay at first but now everytime i try to login it takes 20 mins for the screen to even load if it even loads at all

  I can't make my account what so ever. I have even tried downloading it on my fiances phone and it still doesnt work. I am already a client but every time i try and sign up being a client already it never pops up. I dont k ow what is going on with your guys app but it needs an update or something because ive never had issues with anyother app but this one.

  When I log in to the app It tells me to link my wic account and when I type out all of the CORRECT information it tells me that its invalid. I was told that my email was not on file and to have my wic office save it and redownload the app but that still didnt help. I'm getting extremely frustrated and I'm ready to just give up. I don't know what else I can do to have my wic benefits written down and not recited off the phone by an animated voice.

  Edit: The developers were extremely helpful with the instructions to get past my issue. I would suggest getting that fixed so no one else has to go thru that tho. Loved this app when it first came out. Now everytime i try to login it redirects me to a different website, where i enter my info and it tells me its incorrect. So i do a gazillion things to reset my account and it sends me in to Secretary of State. Ive been pushing for a WIC app for years, very frustrating!
