  App update doesn't allow me to switch my schedule alarm settings on and off anymore if I decide to stay at home on a particular day. The latest update just made the, app worse.

  Yippee the old version of the app has been put back. Now we can see which sensor set off the alarm, something the newer app version didnt tell us

  now I am pissed! the app upgrade messed my connection. I can't connect to my device without the device password!!!!!! I dont even remember my device password and cant get get it to reset!!!!!

  I have had my system for about a year and was not completely happy but worked around some issues. now they deleted the app that I was using. after some long drawn out conversation with them found out there is a new app. loaded the new app and nothing works. what a waste of money. plus they never communicated they were changing anything
