  I found the app very helpful. For everyone who doesn't understand what the "launch page".. my future employer sent me an email for a video interview. The link they send you is the launch page. Click on the link and it will connect you to the page and the page will direct you to straight to the app. My video did cut out on the last video but audio still was working is why they lose a star.

  This is the least intuitive app I've ever downloaded. What is this infinite loop of being prompted to go back to my "launch page?" Why can't I set up an account so that my future employer can connect with me? What if I wanted to use this app to interview someone else for my business? How would anyone know how to use this app?

  This is the first TRULY negative review l have ever submitted....EVER. This app is woefully far below Sparkhire and Jobvite in every single facet of operation. It is NOT user friendly. It does NOT explain the logistics or the process. It leaves you HANGING on live recorded video with no way to stop the recording even when you have finished your answer. THREE MINUTES is way too long and if l answer in TWO MINUTES...WHY do l have to stand there looking and feeling utterly ridiculous while the clock runs itself down to zero? I quit after the first question. It's not worth the trouble if you have other options.
