  They cancelled my ticket before 3hours of journey and didn't give me the refund as well. Worst experience. Please do not use these bus services.😡😡

  I wish I could give -5 star for this bus. Our bus from bhopal to indore on 29/08/2020 was preponed by an hour. I was informed just half an hr before. The tyre got punctured 15 minutes after we started. They sent a replacement bus after 1.5hrs.Cut to when we crossed sonkach,the bus got into an accident.The locals ran towards the driver and he ran.My bus of 12pm reached at 8pm. 8 hrs from bhopal to indore.I got a slip disc post that.No charging point,congested bus. Stinky and soiled seats.Pathetic
