    Well giving it a 1 is even too much. I am a new team member and I was asked to download this app and it has taking like 12 hours and it still hasn't downloaded to account watch the videos and I'm just really frustrated so now I am just really tired and frustrated.

    Would be awesome if I was able to access app again I am a manager for a Subway restaurant & I need to get on here so that I can check on .y employees to make sure I'm 100% in compliance, this has been happening for the last couple weeks have had this app for quite a while & have never had any issues before

    I was trying to get courses done at work and it only let me go through the introductory video which is part one and wont let me get through the rest of it! I'm not sure it's because I'm using my phone or what! Please help, I only have 2 weeks to get this done and its mandatory! Thanks
