This application will track your smartphone usage habits so that you can understand how much time you spend on your phone.
Highlights:

· Screen on time
· App usages
You can see how many times you have checked your phone and how much time you spent on your phone. All of this data can be filtered by Day, Week and Month views.
You can see all your details for a selected view with some more stats like:
* Total time
* Max time spent in an hour
* Longest session
* Average session duration
* Average usage by day
etc.
NOTE: None of your phone usage data is ever sent to any server. Everything stays on your phone only.
