  Terrible app, constantly crashes, not compatible with password managers, locks you out for sometimes weeks at a time. Don't tell people to uninstall and reinstall, which doesn't work, just fix your app. Also trying to find online help is a disaster. You have to be logged in to get support. Not ideal when you can't log in. Also, every time you pay with your card, it changes your name to whatever name is on the card? Not great. I'm a trans person and havent legally changed my name yet.

  This app is useless and a rip off, I had £ 15 credit on my account and bought a £10 voucher to be credited on my account to make £25 , on the day the data pack finished I wasn't sent a text message to inform me and this rip off app didn't have a time of the data pack would finish so I ended spending £15 without knowing within a couple of hours. 100 percent I would never have credit on my account in future as I wouldn't trust 3 or this rip off app.

  This app constantly crashes. Misleading information. I ended up topping up an extra £30 I didn't need to as it gave me confusing information and didn't register what I was telling it to do for a long time. Now I cannot get into the app 'we are having technical issues' to try and ask for my money back.
