  Worst DOT app, loses connection with truck constantly, have to drive in on duty because won't go to drive and will not allow manual setting. Freezes constantly, have to log pre trip and post trip inspections in off duty status before I can even sign in.

  App is horrible. Keeps going from screen to screen without me touching it. Has been totally useless for over 3 weeks now. Took me 15 minutes just to confirm 2 days logs after my 34. Have to keep restarting, but doesn't really help. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. Got so tired of trying to use the truck tablet I was going to download to my phone to see if it worked any better, but, guess what. IT WON'T DOWNLOAD FROM THE APP STORE.

  Continuing to show the wrong speeds. They opened south mountain freeway here in Phoenix over 5 months ago, but the app keeps hitting everyone in fleet with speeding as though the freeway wasnt built. People are loosing safety bonuses because of this. I have sent several emails for them to fix, but its obvious Verizon doesn't care.

  People stay very far away from this app. It never works with no customer support. Non of our units worked and they would not help us till we had to break contract which honestly seems to be their business model.

  Works 10% of the time. There is a reason they make you sign a contract. My experience with this app is making me consider dropping verizon as my cell phone carrier. My advice, just pick the one that has the highest review score.
