  No other features besides exercise demonstrations, but I hope you like staring at your device every few moments because it can't cast to an external display and if you want to see individual tutorials, you have to swipe left on each one individually EVERY TIME to play them. Seriously, just start playing them when we tap on them and let us stream vids to Chromecast or Airplay.

  Just beginning and it is a workout. A good one and enjoy doing it. Working the right areas that's needed the most...the back, legs and the core is weak needing to be stretched.
