You can check Taxi Fee for Almost Cities of Korea with offered Fee Preset in application.
Some cities have special fees so if you ride taxi from those cities, you can enter fee information by yourself.

Q. It does not work when car is in tunnel!
A. This application uses GPS feature so if GPS Signal is unstable like in tunnel, fee calculation might be delayed or wrong.
