This free app was created to provide teenagers with the resources and outlet they need to express their emotions - to address anxiety, depression, bullying and suicide in healthy ways. It’s functions include suicide hotlines, a panic button, depression tests, breathing exercises, chats with online counselors, gratitude exercises, similar stories, personal AI assistants, an about page with information, and lastly a page where you can submit your own stories to the similar stories section. Our app is unmatched by any app on the market because of all its features and, lastly, it’s COMPLETELY free, so teenagers can use it without any fear.
