  I facing problem with my device and I wrote to Nexa since 6 sep 2020 till today, But still now I did not get any solution. Very WORST, DISSATISFIED customer service. So finally I was wrote a mail to Managing Directors of MSIL to solve my complaint.

  Please don't buy this product. After using one year this app is not working properly, not showing the live location. Last 20 days I followed with customer care but they didn't solve the problem. Totally weast of money

  I can not believe I paid 10k for this app. Just to check the geofencing feature I'd set the raidus 1km, but even when I drove 10kms far I didn't receive any notifications or alerts. Also there is so much lag in the app user interface. It hangs a lot. After reading developer's reply I called on the numbers 5 times but every time call got disconnected after putting option to talk to a representative. The car status didn't update in last 24 hours 🙄

  I am using this in my car from 2018. From last few days it's shows wrong location. I request, kindly update the app as early as possible to avoid inconvenience.
