    I wasn't able to use spotiy connect but received technical assistance on Creative's website. They sent me the newest firmware and explained how to install it, but this is not done through the app. The app is useless in this regard. The latest firmware is 4.27, so unless you are running it I would suggest contacting Creative directly to get file and guide. Developers, please either fix your app or provide a link to the guide and firmware as people are unable to use the product as intended.

    Very disappointed with SB... used to be a good brand from Singapore but fallen well behind times. Speakers stopped working and despite of uninstalling and rinsing reinstalling Spotify, as well as the app, connection isn't able to be reestablished. I'm going to buy BOSE!!!

    I bought the Creative Omni portable loudspeaker. I set it up, works OK but there is one major problem: Spotify does not work at all on it. And yes I'm a subscriber to Spotify and it works fine on my other smart speaker, the Google Home Mini. This is a major shortcoming on your part. Can you help fix the problem?

    The speakers are not good, and since there's no way to even apply an equalizer to them because this software is what it is - I'm sending them back.

    Poor app for speakers that cannot connect to Wifi on either Android phone or Macbook. Waste of time and money
