How to get started
1. Download our FREE SmileVoice App on your mobile
2. Open the App and enter your Smile number and Activation code. Also, select the country where you have Smile broadband internet – your service will be active and you can make that first call.
OR
1. If you cannot remember your Smile number and Activation code, just select the country where you have Smile broadband internet and click on “GET AN ACTIVATION CODE” – you will be requested to provide your email address and your SmileVoice details will be sent to this email address.
2. Open the App and enter your Smile number and Activation code. Also, select the country where you have Smile broadband internet – your service will be active and you can make that first call.
Remember, you need to be a Smile customer with an active SmileData bundle, to make calls and send SMSs using SmileVoice.

  Very very bad just wasting money. When you make calls, all the time no voice, can't hear the person you call and so also they can't hear you

  Most useless and unreliable network app. I kept recharge my smile voice only like twice a month as I do call family and friends in Nigeria. It's so frustrating and annoying the way this useless network is operating. I hardly enjoy my calls. Even with a very strong WiFi signal, the other ends will not hear you and this is so annoying. If you can't fix the problem, please stop extort people money. This is so annoying.. If I can give 0 star 🌟, I will definitely give.

  Minus 0ne star if possible. Since registration, calls have been terrible. Those on the other side can't hear me while I hear them clearly. They complain of hearing noise (static) on the line. It's frustrating and almost want to call it fraudulent...

  When people call you they can't reach you unless you try to call the people once and that when your signal will be available for other people to call you , I love using it but it still need a lot of improvement, please guys fix it
