  It's great to be able to check syn values on the app. The only thing I think the app lacks is a bar scanner. This would be extremely useful when out shopping rather than having to type in a product. It would then get 5 out of 5 from me. 09/20 bar scanner now available

  A very useful tool in the supermarket under normal circumstances but with limited time to shop I'm glad to hear (from my SW consultant) that a food label scanner is about to be launched but HURRY UP! I also need to modify the foods I can eat, I need to exclude eggs & dairy but cannot find a way to do this without having to re-register entirely!

  Excellent for food search. I find it most helpful when I'm out with friends for lunch/dinner. Love reading members success stories. Only problem I have is it keeps telling me there's an update but it won't let me update. Otherwise happy

  Keeps telling me that I'm not compatible, when I've had the app on my phone for the last 3 years but having rejoined today, it now won't allow me to open it up. So frustrating.

  New app worked fine on my phone for 2 months but suddenly stopped working . App would not open and an error message came up stating error encountered , if you have a subscription to contact you. I have been a SW member since Oct 20 and have continued with the Zoom sessions . The App still works perfectly on my tablet just not on my phone which I heavily relied on to check syn values whilst shopping. Really disappointed as loved the new App.

  Says logging in then shuts down. I've uninstall, reinstalled and its still doing it. Yet the new app is STILL "not ready for me" to move over!! You'd think during these times without physical groups that it'd be sorted to be fair.
