  Every single time i pay for a taxi via debit card i get double charged sometimes not until the day after so i dont even notice straight away. When i have rang i was promissed calls back from a manager to no avail. The taxis are either really early and will knock on your door expecting you to be ready early as opposed to them wait untill the time it was booked for and the opposite veing vastly late, 10-15 mins with no apology or compensation...
