  Let me share you my latest experience with Sairam. I had booked ticket from Pune to Motala and return ticket. The PNRs were 874949 XX and 874949XX. For some personal reasons I had to cancel my trip. So I downloaded the mobile application from Google Play store and use to cancel the ticket. As per the application, both the ticket were canceled. But it was not the case. On journey date, I received the sms to board the bus. This was shock to me. When I contacted the customer care, I was told that the ticket is not cancelled and it can not be cancelled now. So, is it my fault to use the application? Let me tell you that I have travelled with Sairam in last 3 years for at least 30 times. Until this it was good experience. But , now I will be looking for another options for my travel.
