Description of Screenwise Meter

The Screenwise Meter mobile app is used to manage registered panelists' participation in market research panels. If you are not a registered panelist with Google, this app will not function; please do not download or use this app. This app works in sync with external Screenwise measurement devices.
ABOUT PANEL RESEARCH: Like many other companies, Google brings together market research panels to help learn more about things like technology usage, how people are consuming media, and how they use Google products. This is part of our Panel Research program.

Permissions Notice
* Contacts (Get Accounts): Needed to allow for Google account login and detect Google accounts configured on the device.

* Accessibility: Needed to collect text on your screen and input from text entry, taps, swipes, and web browsing history.

  I've been a regular user for a number of years with no problems. However, ever since I upgraded to Android 11, the history monitoring function of this app has stopped working. I can uninstall and reinstall the app, and it will work for a few days to a week, and it will stop working again. I know I'm not the only one having this problem, but the developers are staying quiet on whether or not they're even working on a fix.

  I've been using this for a long time without any problems, but once I upgraded to Android 11, it stopped working. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked for about a week before it stopped working again. Not worth reinstalling every week.

  Has worked fine through Android 10. On Android 11, it seems to stop working about once a week and needs to be completely uninstalled, reinstalled, and all permissions re-granted. Kind of annoying

  Had issues after upgrading to Android 11, uninstalled and reinstalled the program got everything working correctly again.

  I can't get to the screen where I redeem my rewards points anymore, it just keeps bringing me back to terms and conditions pages. What's the point of earning rewards if they make it impossible to find the redemption website?
