  Works with a T3 and an S9 with Android 10. However the estimated time for a 20 minute backup is now taking well over 2 hours. That's kinda inconvenient, bordering on outrageous. A Samsung SSD and a Samsung phone shouldn't take anywhere near that long. Get it together, Samsung (although I'm not surprised in the least and in fact find it typical for Samsung). Pretty crappy especially since Samsung just announced the end of the cloud service they offer for their phones. Also typical.

  Great little unit; connected to my desktop with no problem (5 Stars) but will not connect with my LG Android (0 stars). Have to give it at least 1 star otherwise it won't let me submit this review.

  Poorly thought out instructions on the text file on the T7 SSD as it directs you to download this app. Unfortunately, the app does not support the hardware and T7 users should redirect their attention to the app with the same name with 1.0 at the end.

  How...? How do you release a hard drive with no support for the phones you make? The T7 still not recognized by this app and is not accessible any other way. I have a regular S10, but it looks like this is across all Samsung phones. Classic.... Lol
