The method of granting permissions has changed significantly since Android 6.0. Make sure to use the software update feature on your smartphone to check whether the operating system can be upgraded to Android 6.0 or later before upgrading. Also, note that the access permissions granted for existing apps are not changed after the upgrade so you must delete and reinstall the app if you want to set the access permission again.
