    The application takes a long time to sign in and majority of the time it fails to sign in even though its setup for either fingerprint or keep logged in. Unreliable. Fedup! Unfortunately, I am going to leave rogers smart home monitoring as soon as my contract is over.

    Can't sign in.. seems to be a recurring problem with this app and it seems like Rogers doesn't care to fix this problem anytime soon. Terrible App I will definitely be getting rid of the rogers smart home monitoring in the new year. Nothing works the way it is supposed to. The whole system is garbage and Rogers knows it too

    Has the potential to be a good app but the glitches are BAD and CONSTANT! Getting messages stating "There is an issue on your account. Please sign in again." After multiple tries, I haven't been able to sign in though! Just not acceptable. Thank goodness I am still within my 15 days of returning the product because if 4 days in I can't use the app to login to the system to arm and disarm the system or to see who's at my door, there is absolutley no reason to keep this security system.

    Frequent issues with app. Like everyone else.. This app constantly forgets your credentials. Most frustrating is many times it wont even let you in. Says "the app requires an internet connection (wifi or cellular) and to try again when you have a connection". This even after I uninstall and reinstall the app.. using my active internet connection...

    Doesn't work most of the time. So much for security. The app logs me out. I try to log in but I keep having to log in to the app, then the Rogers site, then the app, then the Rogers site. Over and over again. Eventually, I uninstall the app and install it again. It works fine for a few weeks, then logs me out and the whole thing starts again. Very inconvenient when you need to turn on or off the system.

    Absolutely the worst app ever. Does not work 80% of the time. Call tech support and they have no answers. Paying for a service i am not even receiving as the app doesn't work. Rogers solution to this issue is please call us and spend an hour on the phone to let us know everytime it is not working! REALLY! I would tell EVERYONE who is thinking of purchasing this service DON'T. I can not believe they are still selling this junk and stealing people's money monthly for something that does not work!
