Most landlord do not give their tenant receipt after payment. Rent Bloke allow landlord and tenant to communicate their payment. You can print and send E-receipt to your tenant after entering payment. The landlord will be able to register and add a tenant. The tenant get alert on how to login and access his account. The tenant can view payment added by landlord but cannot print receipt. The tenant can also decide to be a landlord by activating the become a landlord interface. You will be able to see all your all your tenant and their payment. Landlords can equally change the name they want to show on the E-receipt, set the currency symbol of their country in the settings. Estate and facility managers can equally use Rent Bloke to track payment dues, like security, waste,etc.They can also general payment report in excel on rentbloke.com when they login with same account on the site. We are also planing to add reminder and tenant to make payment directly to landlord.
